Odds converter
Type odds in any format: the others and the implied probability follow. A -110 line is 1.91 in decimal odds and implies 52.38%; +150 is 2.50 and implies 40.00%.
The formulas
- Decimal odds are the total return per unit staked, stake included: 2.50 returns 2.50 for 1.
- Fractional odds are profit to stake: 3/2 wins 3 for every 2 staked, the same as decimal 2.50.
- American odds: +150 wins 150 on a 100 stake; -200 needs a 200 stake to win 100. Decimal = 1 + 150/100, or 1 + 100/200.
- Implied probability = 1 / decimal odds. It includes the bookmaker's margin: to get a fair probability, use the margin calculator on every outcome of the market.
